Salt room

Salt room can have up to 4 people per session. Price range from $40-$80. Benefits include respiratory health improvement including relief from asthma, bronchitis, COPD, cystic fibrosis, respiratory allergies, smoker's cough, skin conditions including eczema and psoriasis, enhanced sleep quality, stress reduction, mood elevation, boosted immunity. 

Red Light Therapy

Rejuvenates facial skin, builds collagen to reduce wrinkles, repairs sun damage, activates lymphatic system, decreased inflammation of the skin, fades scars and stretch marks, helps hair growth, stimulates wound healing, improves sleep.
